If you wipe your body, why not clean your mind?
"Let us assume that we have a shower, clean the house and wash the clothes we wear. Yet, the mind and thoughts need cleaning as much, if not more, of our body . They work much harder, they encounter a deeper dimension, and they also work the body.
While a few get to eat the dirty dishes of the day before, we never think that we have to face a new problem with the mind busy yesterday.
The meditation is so much a means as an end.
We can achieve greater clarity, improved mood, or simply a better physical coordination, but the mind that controls everything else, deserves the best treatment we can give .
